Vegetables We grow a diverse range of veggies, from "All Blue" Potatoes to "Green Zebra" Tomatoes. We use seasonal and annual rotations to keep our soils healthy, clean and fertile. Although we are not certified organic, we use no synthetic fertilizers, pesticide or herbicides. Everything that goes into the fields is all natural--from alfalfa meal and oyster shell to well aged compost. We also strive to grow as many heirloom varieties as possible, in order to help preserve traditional, open-pollinated vegetables that we can save seed from ourselves. Our produce list includes...
